| History | He's an Agent, pure and simple. He was programmed to destroy Kazuki, and was given all of Kazuki's powers, which he draws from the Source. He is a new program, and, though he know instinctively how to use his powers, he has not been activated long enough to train with them. He is hard and cold, not caring who or what gets in his way on his journey to complete his mission - killing Kazuki.
He appears to be the same age as Kazuki, but it is not confirmed. His physical features and build are identical to that of Kazuki, and the only thing to distinguish him is his attire. |

(out of 10) | 8.3. Due to complexities in Kazuki's RSI coding, the Machines were unable to produce a threat rating matching Kazuki's. However, Kazuka is still a formidable opponant, with a resourcefulness unknown to standard Agents. As such, he should not be underestimated. |
