This Hovercraft was sent on a reconnaissance mission on September 23, 2104. The target was an outer area of Zero-One, perceived to have a weakness that could be exploited to help slow the advance of the Machine's troops. The mission was a success; the data needed was obtained. Ship was then ordered to penetrate further into Zero-One, breaching the Machine's outer security ring to gain response-time data. Last contact at 0256, September 24, 2104. Recovery teams failed to find the missing Hovercraft.

Ship was found two hundred and twenty-seven kilometers from Zero-One, far outside the last known position of it. Hull relatively intact, little crash damage. It appeared the Machine Sentries had captured it, then sliced their way in to get to the crew.

Ship was partly cannibalized, some hull plates missing, several key components were not found. Overall, damage was less considerable than it would have been had the Sentries just blown it out of the sky.

Ship was towed to Zion (with difficulty, as it isn't a small Hovercraft) and left in the hands of Maintenance. Ships' Logs were recovered, some important data was found and incorporated into Zion's defense. Maintenance then set about rebuilding the ship, and it resumed service soon thereafter.
